After checkout you'll get a short form about your business; your Sayra number arrives by email a few minutes later.
Call minutes are the time Sayra spends on the phone, counted by the second. Most calls take 1 to 2 minutes. Your allowance resets every billing month.
Going over is billed at your plan's per-minute rate with your next payment. We'll let you know before you get close.
No contracts. Monthly plans cancel any time, effective at the end of the month. Yearly plans are paid upfront and don't renew once cancelled.

Why do you need a card for the free trial?

So your service doesn't stop on day 15. We don't charge anything during the trial. If you cancel before the end of day 14, you pay nothing at all.

Which plan should I pick?

Both plans do everything: answer, take messages and booking requests, put urgent calls through and email you. The difference is minutes. Most calls take 1 to 2 minutes, so Starter covers about 150 calls a month and Growth about 250. Not sure? Start with Starter and switch any time.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Switch plans yourself any time from your dashboard (Manage billing).

Are there setup fees?

No. Starter and Growth have no setup fee. Custom setups for bigger businesses are quoted individually.
